Under direction of the City Manager, plans, manages, oversees, and directs the operations of the Administrative Services Department which includes comprehensive municipal finance, Risk Management, Information Services, and Human Resources. This includes budgeting, general accounting, auditing, cash management, debt management, long-term capital and financial planning, centralized payroll, business licenses, risk management; information technology; and human resources functions.
Education/Experience: Equivalent of five years of broad and extensive experience in municipal financial management, including three years in an administrative or supervisory capacity, and a bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, business administration, public administration, or a related field. CPA or Master’s Degree preferred.
