The City of Chowchilla, a City of approximately 20,000 people is offering a great management opportunity for an experienced professional. The City Clerk is responsible for the operation, supervision, and financial management of the City Clerk’s Office and the Administrative Services Department including records management, human resources, risk management, community relations, grant writing and transit. This position is an important member of the City’s management team.
This position requires an AA degree from an accredited college and no less than four years of progressive supervisorial and management expertise in a comparable position in municipal government. The selected candidate will possess a Certified Municipal Clerk certification (Master Municipal Clerk preferred).
