The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a BA/MA degree in public administration or other relevant degree, ten years of public management experience with demonstrated board of director interactions, organizational leadership, strategic thinking and community involvement. Other desired background as important pre-requisites are a demonstrated passion for public administration and good governance.
The annual salary range is $145,000-$165,000 DOQ, along with a generous benefits package. BVCSHD is a CalPERS agency.
