Perform broad range of property acquisition and management related functions and activities; oversee management of the City’s leases, license agreements and standing agreements with private and non-profit tenants; assist in property and right of way issues in support of capital improvement projects; continue development/implementation of the Open Space and Natural Resource protection program; serve as staff liaison to the Open Space and Habitat Commission. Five years of progressively responsible experience in neighborhood development, housing assistance, planning, community organization, neighborhood empowerment/revitalization programs, grants, property management/acquisition, engineering mapping or surveying, and budget administration. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with major coursework in public administration, community development, housing, business administration, planning, urban development, engineering, surveying, real estate or a related field.

Salary Range: $87,659 – $106,550/annually
