Responsible for performing analytical, administrative and/or supervisory duties and responsibilities in various administrative staff functions including budget/financial analysis, program/project management, legislative analysis and development, policies and procedure development, organizational analysis, and asset and contract administration and will conduct research studies, analyze data and make recommendations.
Experience in planning, preparing, monitoring, and updating program budgets, with operational and project schedules, coordinate department activities with other City departments and outside agencies, develop and manage special projects with problem identification, research and analysis of options, statistical analysis, and presentation of recommendations, and implementation time frame.
Required qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, economics or a closely related field. A Master’s degree in public or business administration or economics desirable. Four years of increasingly responsible analytical or administrative experience.
